A European industrial group is launching a strategic transformation to simplify its portfolio, accelerate profitable growth, and redesign how its business units operate across markets.
As a mindrush consultant, you will join a partner-led team working directly with the Group Executive Committee to translate a new strategic direction into a practical transformation agenda — from choices and operating-model decisions through implementation.
This is not a traditional consulting assignment. You will help frame decisions, align leaders, mobilize cross-functional teams, and stay close to delivery until priority initiatives generate visible business outcomes.
Who you'll work with
You will work alongside a mindrush Partner and senior client leaders as part of a carefully curated Liquid Workforce of independent experts. Depending on the mission, your team may include specialists in:

- Change & Transformation Delivery
We build small, senior teams that combine deep expertise with rapid execution.
Your mission
You will help the client move from ambition to execution by:
- Structuring strategic choices and translating them into an executable transformation roadmap
- Preparing and facilitating executive workshops and decision forums
- Designing a target operating model across corporate and business-unit functions
- Building initiative business cases, value targets, and delivery governance
- Identifying AI-enabled productivity opportunities in core processes
- Supporting priority workstreams from design through implementation
- Building trusted working relationships with senior client stakeholders
Must have
- 8-15 years of experience in strategy consulting or enterprise transformation
- Strong experience on strategy, operating model, and large-scale transformation topics
- Excellent executive communication, synthesis, and facilitation skills
- Ability to turn ambiguous issues into structured choices and actionable plans
- Comfortable working autonomously with C-level and senior business leaders
- Fluent English; professional French strongly preferred
- Master’s degree from a leading business or engineering school
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial, mobility, consumer, or B2B services environments
- AI transformation or digital transformation experience
- Track record linking transformation initiatives to financial impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution style
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting
