A global B2B technology company is launching a three-year enterprise transformation spanning commercial operations, shared services, digital platforms, and AI-enabled productivity across more than twenty countries.
As a mindrush Enterprise Transformation Program Manager, you will work with the CEO-sponsored Transformation Office to turn the ambition into an integrated execution system, coordinate senior workstream owners, and keep value delivery on track.
This is a director-level delivery role for someone who can combine executive influence, rigorous program leadership, and hands-on problem solving — ensuring decisions are made quickly, dependencies are managed, and benefits are realized.

Your mission
You will help the client move from ambition to execution by:
- Setting up and running the integrated transformation governance and execution cadence
- Translating strategic objectives into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable value targets
- Coordinating senior business and functional leaders across a complex international program
- Preparing CEO and Executive Committee decision materials and escalation paths
- Driving issue resolution, risk management, and cross-workstream trade-offs
- Establishing benefits tracking and ensuring initiatives convert into realized business outcomes
- Strengthening transformation capabilities within the client organization while maintaining execution speed
Must have
- 15+ years of experience leading large enterprise transformation or strategic program delivery
- Proven responsibility for multi-workstream, international programs involving senior executives
- Exceptional program governance, dependency management, and value-tracking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and ability to challenge constructively at the C-level
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, create momentum, and drive decisions
- Fluent English; German or French is a plus
- Master’s degree or equivalent senior professional experience
Nice to have
- Experience leading transformation offices or CEO-sponsored enterprise programs
- Background in technology, industrial, telecom, or B2B services environments
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity or digital transformation portfolios
- Prior top-tier consulting and/or senior operating experience
- Experience working across European and global organizations
