A multi-country leisure and entertainment company is rebuilding the digital core behind its booking, membership, payment, and operations journeys to support rapid expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
As a mindrush Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will lead a small distributed engineering squad responsible for stabilizing the existing platform while delivering a modular next-generation architecture and high-priority customer features.
You will combine technical leadership with hands-on development, working directly with product and technology leaders and using AI-assisted engineering practices to increase delivery speed without compromising quality.

Your mission
You will help the client move from ambition to execution by:
- Leading architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, and core integrations
- Shipping high-priority product features while improving platform stability and maintainability
- Designing APIs, services, data models, and integration patterns for a modular architecture
- Setting engineering standards for testing, code review, observability, and security
- Mentoring developers and coordinating work across a distributed delivery team
- Using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation
- Partnering with product leadership on scope, sequencing, technical trade-offs, and releases
Must have
- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including technical leadership
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and experience with modern frontend frameworks
- Strong backend experience with Node.js or comparable service-oriented stacks
- Solid experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and third-party integrations
- Production experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, testing, and observability
- Ability to lead while remaining highly hands-on
- Fluent English; French is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, and headless CMS architectures
- Experience with Stripe, CRM, subscriptions, or booking systems
- AI-assisted development experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent
- Experience with distributed international product teams
- Experience modernizing an existing platform while maintaining live operations
