Our client is an iconic international luxury house with a presence in more than 100 countries. Its Global Digital Services department leads worldwide digital projects for retail, marketing, and IT teams, with an unwavering commitment to quality, consistency, and performance.
The consultant will strengthen the in-house teams on high-visibility, business-critical projects: designing reliable, high-performing Power BI reports and bringing AI into steering and analysis processes in concrete ways, to drive operational efficiency, performance, and cost control. The role combines a sharp understanding of business challenges, technical excellence, and the ability to drive adoption of new ways of working.
Who you'll work with
You will work alongside a mindrush Partner and the client’s digital teams, in direct contact with retail, marketing, and IT stakeholders, both at global level and in local markets. You will join our Liquid Workforce™: a network of handpicked independent experts who can be mobilized as needed (data architecture, BI, generative AI, governance, product). Your mission
- Design, model, and optimize Power BI reports for retail, marketing, and IT teams
- Understand functional needs and translate them into data models and clear, actionable KPIs
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases in reporting and analysis processes (automated data preparation, generated summaries and commentary, natural-language analysis, anomaly detection)
- Embed these AI solutions into existing business processes, measure the gains (time, quality, cost), and ensure safe use (governance, confidentiality, reliability)
- Train, support, and upskill frontline users on Power BI best practices and new AI-powered ways of working
- Ensure the consistency, reliability, and performance of the dashboards delivered across global and local scopes
- Propose a structured approach to streamline data flows and improve information quality and governance
Must have
- At least 5 years of experience in data, BI, or reporting, with a significant share on Power BI
- Excellent command of Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, and Power Query
- Solid experience in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and diverse data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, SharePoint)
- Strong command of generative AI: advanced use of LLMs and assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude…), prompt engineering, and a clear understanding of their limitations and reliability challenges
- Proven ability to integrate AI into business processes: analyzing an existing process, identifying where AI creates value, designing and deploying the solution, then driving adoption and measuring the gains
- A keen eye for data visualization and storytelling, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable KPIs
- A facilitator mindset, leadership without formal authority, autonomy, and clear communication
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Copilot in Power BI, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio
- Workflow automation (Power Automate, Python, AI agents)
- Knowledge of security and data governance best practices and of the AI regulatory framework (EU AI Act, GDPR)
- Experience in luxury, retail, or consumer goods, ideally in an international context
- Comfortable in environments with varying levels of agile maturity
